One 6:55am shuttle for an 8:20am flight.
Make sure that shuttle is late.
Make sure that shuttle has two additional stops.
Discover that your baggage is overweight.
Also discover they won't let me carry two bags on.
(Special Note: make sure to have the exact same setup as your previous flight, where neither issue was brought up)
Have frustrating discussion about baggage.
Rearrange the bags to get close to limit.
Forget about leatherman in bag that is now carry-on (or you can you remember it and just not be able to find it before it goes through the X-ray, doesn't matter).
Leave security area to try and post above leatherman.
Re-enter security at 8:15.
